Jayman Builders has been developing a new community called Nostalgia.
They wanted to create a brand experience on the land itself to build anticipation while it's still in development.
Since Nostalgia was still in the early days of development, that meant limited brand assets to build from. The ask was to expand the Nostalgia brand and create net new creative that will excite and guide potential home buyers to the sale centre.



Since everything for this project was to be net new, print specs were yet to be created for each new sign that was made. We developed line drawings as a way for the creative team and production house to communicate and bring these signs to life.
